At Tequila Indianos, every drop of tequila is a reflection of time, nature, and artisanal mastery. From the sun-soaked agave fields of Jalisco to the final bottling at origin, our process is grounded in respect for the land and a relentless pursuit of perfection.
Our tequila starts with carefully selected Blue Weber Agave, grown in the mineral-rich soils of Jalisco. These plants are nurtured for up to eight years, absorbing sun, rain, and the unique character of the region before they are hand-harvested at peak maturity by skilled Jimadores.
Once harvested, the piñas (agave hearts) are slow-cooked in traditional masonry ovens. This gentle, time-honored process releases the agave’s natural sweetness and preserves its rich, earthy aromas — forming the flavorful foundation of Tequila Indianos.
Our natural fermentation process uses no additives or artificial sweeteners. Under the watchful eye of our Maestro Tequilero, every batch is distilled with care to ensure exceptional smoothness and complexity. The result is a spirit that captures the true essence of agave.
Depending on the expression, our tequila is aged in carefully selected American white oak barrels. From a few months to several years, this process enhances the tequila’s body, depth, and aroma, resulting in a smooth, layered spirit worthy of the Indianos name.
Every bottle of Tequila Indianos carries the soul of our process — pure, patient, and precise. It’s not just tequila. It’s the story of generations, preserved in craft and poured with pride.
From field to barrel, our process is guided by a deep respect for the land, the people, and the heritage that shaped us. It’s this commitment to authenticity that transforms each bottle into more than a spirit — it becomes a symbol of legacy, meant to be savored, shared, and remembered.
